C-DEF has Annual General Assembly (AGM) as a supreme body that meets once a year. AGM is followed by The Board of Directors; the board of Directors is elected by the AGM and meets on quarterly basis. C-DEF board of directors comprises of five people 3 men and 2 women. The Board of Director is followed by Management, the management is headed by Executive Director who is in charge of program design, implementation and management. The organization has two department; Department of program and Planning and Department of Finance and Administration
